CAT2 & Fibre Turnaround Time Due to heightened sample volumes, we are currently unable to accept fast TAT samples for Nutritional testing. We are actively working to increase capacity and resume Fast TAT services. If you have samples requiring urgent testing, quicker than 10 day trt, please liaise with our customer service team. Please note that our allergens testing services remain unaffected.
Thank you for your understanding. Consumable orders This is a kindly reminder that we require a minimum of 72 hours notice for consumable orders. This allows us to ensure that we have sufficient stock available and allows ample time for us to prepare and dispatch the items to you. We understand that sometimes things can get busy and deadlines can slip our minds, so we just wanted to send you a friendly reminder to help avoid any inconvenience or delays in receiving your order. Sample Collection Cut-Off time Just a polite reminder that the cut off time for arranging sample collections is 12noon, the working day prior to required date. Collections requested after this time will not be able to be accommodated and will instead be scheduled for the next available day.
This is necessary in order to ensure that we can better accommodate client needs – to allow us to time to plan routes more efficiently, ensure collections can be scheduled more closely to expected times unaffected by additional collections requested later in the day, ensure samples can be returned to the laboratory as soon as feasible (thus allowing results to be made available as soon as possible) as well as ensuring Intertek’s commitments to sustainability as a business can be met by allowing routes to be more optimally planned.
